Terms and Conditions
The lodge and guest room accommodates a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children.
- There are five main bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a large dormitory with two single beds.
• Children of all ages are welcome.
Booking Terms
- An initial deposit of 50% plus an additional R2 000,00 refundable breakages deposit will secure your reservation.
• Balance of accommodation account is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- 50% cancellation fees will be charged if bookings are cancelled within 45 days of arrival
• 100% cancellation fees will be charged for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
• In the event of a premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
Checking In & Out Times
- Check – in after 14h00
• Check – out before 10h00 - Please note that rates are subject to change at the discretion of Management.
Other Policies and Conditions
1) IT IS MANDATORY FOR EVERY VEHICLE TO COMPLETE A VISITOR/ GUEST
REGISTRATION FORM FOR GUESTS WHO ARE STAYING OVERNIGHT.
2) VISITORS/ GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT PROOF OF
IDENTIFICATION I.E. ID DOCUMENT OR VALID DRIVER’S LICENCE.
3) IT IS MANDATORY FOR EVERY OVERNIGHT VISITOR/GUEST TO HAVE
THEIR FINGERPRINTS ENROLLED.
4) MINORS/CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL NOT BE ISSUED BEACH
ACCESS UNLESS CONSENT IS GIVEN BY THE PARENT WITH AN INDEMNITY FORM COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY THE PARENT.
5)THE FOLLOWING ENTRANCE CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABLE ( PER VEHICLE)

This charge will be deducted from your deposit upon refunding.
